I had my taxes done here in 2022 and 2023. Cost me almost 500$ both times. I had a single piece of paper with all my information written on it, one sided. I recently got a reassessment from the govt for 2022 and owe 1200$ because you guys put in the wrong amount for my canada workers benefit and obviously didn't bother to look at my amount on my RC210 which is your job. We had our taxes done here for the second time. This time we opted to do walk-in instead of drop off. We booked an appointment via phone. The day we came in, we were told that our appointment wasn’t confirmed. Thanks to Owen, who enlightened us of the reason. If you decide to do it over the phone, make sure that the receptionist confirms the appointment before hanging up. Appointment booked online are prioritized over the phone.
