My name is Lisa Hudson. William is my deceased husband. Don’t know why this review shows up under his name. Very rude and unprofessional. Hilary does not return phone calls and blames it on staff. Who know if & when I will get my taxes back this year, due in large part to this location’s/Hilary’s incompetence and refusal to help with follow up. I will never use H&R Block again.
