Very expensive.. didn't get a good return at all.. felt a little rushed and spotty... Won't be going back next year for sure. Also the girl working had a VERY OBVIOUS COLD or flu.. and it was tough being close quarters with her. LET HER HAVE A FEW SICK DAYS MAYBE??????? SHe was friendly, but I think i should have gotten a better price for doing my taxes, and a better return.
My family and I always go to Ann - she is always able to answer all of our questions and provides top quality customer service. She gets us the best refund and we are so thankful for all her hard work. We will always return to Ann for our taxes.
