Was charged $150 for a simple tax return (literally 1 T4...that's it). Took my whole refund, and then some. She couldn't explain why it was so expensive, just kept saying that she doesn't make the price. Called corporate to inquire and they said they would escalate to the district manager. That was weeks ago and I never heard back. Never again. Lady who did our taxes last year was rude and did not explain anything to us. We ended up owing and was charged over 500$ to file taxes as a couple and she said "it is what it is" Attempted to raise a complaint with the higher ups in Sudbury still no luck. Leaving a review this year so that hopefully more people deal with local tax filers as this company will just take you for a run for your money.
Nancy was the best. She stayed longer than she had to despite having family waiting for her. She really went to bat for me and found ways to make it work for me. Thanks a bunch and highly recommend her.
