I will say to make sure you have an actual professional when filing. Not only did she belittle me to download an app and register. It took her over an hour and a half even when I made an appointment to get to see me, even when I arrived a few minutes early. Watch out for Beatriz! On top of her making multiple mistakes while "filing my taxes", and rushing me to hurry up and register on the app. I will not be returning to this location.
I had a 9:00am appointment scheduled for today. I showed up right at 9:00am and the office was locked and empty. I waited around for 15min and nothing. I confirmed my appointment and triple checked my emails to confirm I was at the correct location on the correct date and time. I was... What a bummer.
Slaughter Lane location is very welcoming. The tax pros were very professional and helpful. Explained everything so there was no confusion or doubt what was happening and why. I'm very pleased and recommend H&R BLOCK SLAUGHTER LOCATION IN AUSTIN, TEXAS

Want to give a big shout out to VICKI GRAY, very smart, humble and very knowledgeable on how to do your Taxes . If anyone I recommend, Vicki Gray is the one!!! She definitely will be doing mine and my wife’s taxes for as long as she decides to do taxes for. Let me say this a Macias at HRBLOCK PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM!! Did my taxes for 2021 and 2023 taxes .
