I'm newly married and I have a new LLC. The tax pros here are great people and do their best but are not equip enough to handle what I needed. My husband normally uses Turbotax and he ended up filing my info with them. I was sent to Kimberly Edmiston for what I thought was going to be help with a business tax pro and instead was contacted with a sales person. Kim is a sales person. not a tax pro. Worst ever they lost all of my documents STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!
Horrible experience. We had set up a 1-hour appointment for 2 PM. They didn't arrive by 2:25 PM, so we asked at the reception if they wanted to reschedule. We were told that the consultant would be coming out right away. We waited another 10 minutes. Got no response, so we left. They didn't have to schedule the appointment if they are so busy. The least they could do is cancel it. Extremely unprofessional, to say the least.
