This was my second year getting my taxes prepared at H&R. This year Mohammed Hamzeh helped me. Mohammed was professional, efficient and worked quickly to get me in and out. He explained everything in the process. Customer service is lacking in so many businesses currently, I hope you are smart and take care of employees/team members like Mr. Hamzeh.
The staff at Slaughter Lane location was very curious and accurate. I will always use this location. What a valuable crew.
I enjoy working with my tax professional Runje. This review is in no way a reflection on her. She is amazing! I rate her as 5 stars. However, the prices that H&R Block charges are outrageous. This is price gouging, in my opinion. I understand that they have to make a profit, but these prices are ridiculous.
