Lan really tok care of me and gave me a detailed explanation of my taxes and what I was getting back. I wasn't able to file in 2024 and 2025 because I had a lot of complicated life situations but she really helped clear everything up so that I was able to get a good refund back she's very detailed in what she offers and I'm really glad that I went into h&r block to get this taken care of and get all of my tax problems cleared up.
Pratibha was an incredibly helpful and honest tax analyst! The whole experience went super smooth and fast. I appreciate the support for my first time filing taxes :)
