I walked in frantic, already running late, utterly ill-prepared. I was sat in a (clean) office cubicle within in 5 minutes. Sana A. was patient and didn’t get frustrated when asked for reclarification, again and again. Sana was professional, honest and patient—what more could you want from a tax filer? Sana didn’t need to do more but she still kept at it, made do with my limited resources and sent me on my way. Why I do not give 5 stars Sadly, the world doesn’t revolve around Sana A.
