I went in to try and get my taxes done, as it says on the website that you are able to do so. When I arrived three employees were standing around the desk just talking. After asking if it would be possible to get my taxes completed an older woman told me to do the drop off form. As I have new forms that needed to be submitted this year I wanted to be present while my taxes were being done, which I told the women. Unfortunately we really struggled to get any kind of communication from our tax expert. Despite assurances that our taxes were straightforward and would be filed by the deadline, our taxes were filed late by hr block. When we called to ask what was going on, 5 days after the deadline, we had to wait several more days before they replied. When emailing, they often ignored parts or all of our emails. Overall very disappointed, especially given that the final cost was $300 over the initial estimate and our return, once assessed... read more

Lisa Cheung did my taxes and she was amazing! She took the time before the appointment to make sure I have all the required documents, then during the meeting, she answered every question I had in detail. She gave me lots of tips about taxes. Lisa was very knowledgable and good at explaining, so an overwhelming process of doing taxes felt more clear. I really appreciated her going above and beyond to help me! She is so friendly and helpful! Huge thanks to Lisa, this location is VERY lucky to have her!
