I have been trying to get in touch with someone since April to file something. No one ever answers and the sign says open on Wednesday with all doors locked. I emailed the lady who did my taxes and zero response. Needless to say, I will not be going back to any H&R again!
Horrible time management. Making an appointment is a joke!
They are OK for the most part their fees are way to high and you do not want to use the H&R Block in Frankfort Ky By Save a lot they a franchise so when they messed up on my taxes a couple years ago they missed $1,000 that I was supposed to get back for being in school I noticed it went back they filed an amendment but they would not refund my tax prep fees that year they said they didn't have to because they were a franchise and they didn't have to follow the rules that the other H&R Blocks had to even though it said on the... read more
