I never leave reviews but sweet jesus the lady who did my taxes here messed up and checked off that I got a same day refund which I didn't so my tax refund went to h&r block instead of a direct deposit which delayed my refund then instead of giving me a loaded card where I can take my money out right away they write me a cheque which has to go on hold for another 5 business days delaying it even more . So disorganized, very short staff, waited an hour past my scheduled appointment. I feel horrible for the ladies working there. Nothing was working for them at all. They didn’t even get to stop and have lunch. 2 people working at A busy location, absolutely ridiculous.
