This year was by far the worst experience I have had here. Was told on the phone I could walk in. When I arrived at 1:30pm they told me to come back at 3pm for an appointment. So I did and then was made to wait over 45 mins before being spoken to. The agent was slow and couldn't even do simple math. Did not seem knowledgeable at all when asked questions and now the CRA is asking for a bunch more information that they say they need that she never informed me of. Filed taxes here for the 2nd time now and the entire process was very smooth and efficient just like last time. Labonita explained everything very clearly and answered all my concerns! Gonna have her do my taxes from now on! Coming back here every year!
