Very disappointed with my experience. They charged unexpected fees without any prior notice or explanation to our appointment. It felt misleading and unprofessional. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend H&R Block based on this experience to anyone ever! Unethical employees who don’t care about retuning clients. Prices are not mentioned anywhere so they can charge as wish!
Megan was wonderful! Her and the staff made getting my dad's taxes done easy. Thank you for being wonderful, and accommodating.
They need to be upfront with their prices. BIG surprise paying over $400 for 2 relatively simple tax returns. 1 was for a senior!

I've been going to this location for years. I called to book an appointment with a tax representative. I arrive early & the only person in the office when I arrived. The receptionist took my ID & still addressed me by the wrong name & said to have a seat. 2 hours go by while I sit & watch everyone else showing up get service before me.
