I've been going to this location for years. I called to book an appointment with a tax representative. I arrive early & the only person in the office when I arrived. The receptionist took my ID & still addressed me by the wrong name & said to have a seat. 2 hours go by while I sit & watch everyone else showing up get service before me. I clearly overheard a customers having various issues like emails being sent to random people in error with no relation to the customer. They were completely out of sorts.
