Our recent visit to the Flushing HR Block was a complete and absolute disaster. Location is 134-36 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 11354. We spent four hours working with Mohammed Solaiman, who was utterly incompetent and unprofessional. The whole time he was complaining and asked nonsensical questions. Despite our presence throughout and full documentation, he failed to complete our taxes and eventually told us to leave at 4:20 PM with the return unfinished. We came in at 12:30 pm the same day!
