Worst experience this year doing taxes at this location. Did drop off and they told us they would be ready in 2 days and it took over 2 weeks for Leona to do our taxes & they didn’t call us once to communicate anything we had to keep calling to find out information on why it was taking so long, if they were done etc. Also very rude lady named Jennifer working at the desk not wanting to do her job & making comments out loud like “what is wrong with people” when we were asking for help with the instant refund card. Holy cow a standard t4 slip with no investments made 4,500 k more this year. And I got charged $206!?! I have never paid this much before I always paid $110 after taxes and got back less! this location is the worst one I’ve ever been too I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this location .
