Edit: Manager of branch reached out to me to try and rectify the situation. I am pleased with this action, and her obvious value of customer satisfaction. Will give them a second chance! Files my taxes here last year no issues, this year I was met with a very disorganized receptionist upon drop off who, when the printer jammed, didn’t care to give me a proof of drop off or receipt and just assured me by word of mouth they would get it done for me, to which i said i’m not leaving with some sort of proof that i’ve just given y... read more
Leona was SO nice and so helpful! She was quick and I would definitely go back and have my taxes done by her again!
Awful time this year had an Indian man do my taxes and he insisted he put my address incorrectly when I told him it doesn’t need an apartment number now I have to wait another week for my tax money & he refused to file my medications which I now receive nothing! If you want your money a month from now come on here!! Terrible..
