Thank you H& R Block for not only giving me the worst customer service!! Ive been with you four years! And never had a problem till this year! I recall a irs letter and absolutely no comment on what or why ira sent a letter. Till i constantly emailed. The tax preparer said it Was a scam till i woke up with a email from the irs stating they took the refund to a amount idk i owed back taxes they messed up. No one from H&R will take the responsibility of the mistakes they caused that ended up me loosing our whole tac refund!! S... read more
Completely ignored me after they said they would handle my return. Had to submit my own extension last minute
