I had a great experience at the H&R Block office in South Beach. The entire process was very quick, and the service was excellent, especially thanks to Karina Gómez, who assisted me. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made everything simple. However, I have to mention that the receptionist, who was an older lady, seemed a bit impatient and not very warm.
