You have to make an appointment or they will not speak with you. Once i made my appointment, i got rerouted due to the first location not having internet. My second location which is the miami beach location, you have to call in order to be let in. Once speaking to this Hispanic representative that continues to cut me off before proceeding to answer her questions, she basically gave me an "its an irs job- not mine" response. I went there last year so this year a system scheduled appt. for me. They called me few times to come in and I replied that I didn't schedule any appts with them. They insisted on scheduling appt. I was debating about going there this year but since they were so persistent I decided to give it another try. Guess what? I come in. They are busy.
