This is my second time using H&R Block, although the first time at this location. Considering I had a pleasant experience last year, I have to say I was completely shocked at how terrible this year's really was. The most egregious mistakes are at the bottom of my review - skip there for the TLDR. I believe H&R block is very basic tax return. There is no helping in a way for you to get back the best tax return possible. Some places you go they edit and help you get the best deal. H&R block just takes your w-2 and tell you what you will be getting back. Nothing more nothing less that they work with you to get the best results.
