NO TRUST! NO PROFESSIONALISM! You charged me $400 just because my return was under self-employment. I didn’t question the cost and paid it. And you still didn’t do my tax return? I think you should never file anyone’s taxes again until you get proper training. Get some education first, then do this job properly.
WHAT KIND OF TAX COMPANY FORGETS TO COMPLETE A TAX RETURN ????? HR Block prepared both my and my husband’s tax returns last year and charged us over $500. However, this year, after moving to Toronto and working with a different tax company, we reviewed my husband’s file and were shocked to discover that his tax return was never completed.
