Came here to get my taxes done and Kingsley was really helpful and patient with me, couldn’t have asked for more. Friendly staff, overall great experience. Definitely would come here again!

Kim and her manager both did a fantastic job answering questions and explaining things. I can see they at least try understanding your questions and or concerns, without expecting you to be the tax expert. They don't talk behind your back, laugh at you, or judge you. All of the above is a good thing. They are way more professional with interpersonal skills than the H&R Block on Huron Church Rd. As a person with a disability I feel welcome to this H&R Block. Came here because i forgot to do my taxes this year, i came in and was helped right away, he even got off the phone for me, Wassim was very helpful and kind, walked me through all of the steps i needed to file my taxes, was patient with all of the questions i had, and asked me all the things he needed to know very kindly. Also shout out to his coworker Parim who was helping an eldery lady figure out something with her mail, she was very kind to her. Would definitely recommend if you needed to get it done fast and well!
