Kim and her manager both did a fantastic job answering questions and explaining things. I can see they at least try understanding your questions and or concerns, without expecting you to be the tax expert. They don't talk behind your back, laugh at you, or judge you. All of the above is a good thing. They are way more professional with interpersonal skills than the H&R Block on Huron Church Rd. As a person with a disability I feel welcome to this H&R Block.
