I had my income tax return done here, that I don’t have a problem with. My problem is with the man who is running the reception desk. He called me Tuesday after I left because I had left my envelope there with my tax papers in it. I told him that I would be picking it up on Wednesday. I had some stuff come up so I didn’t make it. I think some of these views are a bit dramatic. I’ve filed here 2 years in a row, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helped me right away. I had booked an appointment, was in and out in 15 minutes. Bushra Mansoor has helped me out both times, she’s very friendly, professional and helpful. Great experiences both times! Thanks Bushra!
