Had an amazing and educational time working with Ankit, he was amazing while explaining the filing process and also answering any of my questions. I will definitely come back to H&R block and Ankit Dalal for any of my tax needs.
Not a great experience. The customer service at the front desk was awful. The person at the front desk was texting on their phone while talking to me, and then another person doing my taxes was also on his phone texting and his phone kept going off as well during. As well as at checkout the front desk guy was on a CALL on his cellphone speaking in his language and I asked “can you please pause this phone call so I can get going” because at this point I was getting annoyed and impatient. I had my income tax return done here, that I don’t have a problem with. My problem is with the man who is running the reception desk. He called me Tuesday after I left because I had left my envelope there with my tax papers in it. I told him that I would be picking it up on Wednesday. I had some stuff come up so I didn’t make it.
