The people here are very helpful and very nice. The process was long but I had a lot of paperwork, about 3 people came in and left before I was done. They were easy to speak to, I got all my questions answered.

Although my tax preparer was nice she was not accurate, after presenting all of my documents she did not include them in my actual return information. My return has to be amended after I paid 300.00 to do them.I was informed there would be no charge to amend, why would there be it was her fault,now I have to wait to get return then refile,if it's your job to look at documents then do so,I didn't know I would have to double check after a so called professional does the job they were hired to do.
