Terrible service. Screwed up a simple state tax return. Tax employee filed one months income for the entire year. The computer system they used failed to stop the absurd errors and got filed anyway. Second visit to get that corrected and they said it would take 3 weeks. Then I discovered they also failed to file for my home heating credit! So a third visit had to be made. At initial meeting, with all tax return documentation on the table, I was given a number of what it would cost to file. Upon return 2 weeks later, that number increased by 200 dollars. A figure that was never mentioned in initial meeting. The reasoning was that the original number didn't include one of the forms that was on the table the entire time. Why quote me a fee that doesn't include one of the forms for my tax return? So all in all, my return will be accurate, but quite frustrated about transparency of fees
