The experience at Northgate is great! My tax professional Monica was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and made the whole process stress free.
Young lady Morgan was very noble and the type of person people would wish to work with hence her commutative and explanatory skills she displayed while she helping me with my taxes.
Megan, Pek and Monica were extremely helpful and very friendly when I was in a last minute pinch for taxes! Great team!

They don't respect customers. Witness an acceptable behavior from agant I believe that agent name was jenna she was with a customer when the customer left the establishment do to not being satisfied as the customer stated, she had no confidence in the agent's performance as the customer expressed Now, I have to say... I did witness the agent consistently interrupting my agent. That was helping me because she didn't know what she was doing.
