This is regarding 5730 folsom office. I've been using HRB for 25 years and this was the most ridiculous experience I've had. Got a call shortly before my 9am appt that Jennifer called off and even though they take walk ins were not able to help me. So I dropped off my w2 and told them it would literally take 15 min my taxes are basic and all my info is the same from last year (which is why I keep using HRB). I have been filing my taxes with Kyle Reynolds since 2022. Yesterday on January, 30 2025 I had an appointment at 4:30pm, I arrived early and Kyle was able to take care of my taxes for me before my scheduled appointment .Thanks again Kyle 👍🏻 🇺🇸
