Original appointment went fine. Then I was offered a “2nd look” and was told it would take 2-3 weeks, this was in February. I called a month later and they were waiting on tax forms. Called Month later and same story. Called yesterday to be told there was nobody at that location because it’s not tax season, so they transferred to the Hurley location. I made an appointment to see a tax person. When I arrived I was asked to wait while the tax preparer finished with another customer, or I could drop my tax paperwork off. So i came back after a bit and just dropped them off. The bill for my taxes, which were very simple, came to approx 640 bucks (after applying a 20 dollar coupon) for two years of taxes with one 1099int per year.
