I used H & R my first 15 or so years (work, university). After moving to HRM and having my taxes done CORRECTLY I had discovered that H&R in Antigonish, NS had been deliberately filing my taxes incorrectly so that I was not receiving all my eligible credits/returns especially the ones I acquired from my years in university. So last week I went to file my taxes, after I have submitted my files next day I got a call to come sign the documents, and there I was with the receptionist girl going through my papers and i was like shocked. She was like this is your return of like $600 that you will get in 2 weeks. I was like “ Are you sure its mine” She was like “yes” . Holly at this office is absolutely incredible! I struggle with EXTREME anxiety and had never filed my taxes before.
