I use to file my taxes with Chris, but he is no longer at this location. I had a great experience with Marcia! She was kind and thorough throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated her help and wish her all the best.
NEVER EVER GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE! Especially with YUNDONG ZHANG aka WINTER. Her office was littered with papers everywhere. She’s extremely disorganized. It’s impossible to get a hold of her or anyone in the office. She admitted she’s never filed taxes for small businesses. This has been a very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I would strongly encourage others to think twice before working with this location. I visited H&R Block at the beginning of March 2025 to book an appointment. The staff at the front desk gave me an appointment within a few days and explained which documents I needed to provide. I had a very disappointing experience with H&R Block this time. For the past two fiscal years, I worked with a different representative who was professional, responsive, and efficient. This year, however, was completely different. I met with a representative on March 18 to handle my corporate year-end taxes and T2 filing.
