If I could give less than one star, I would! I submitted my documents for a simple return. Almost two weeks later, not only are they not completed, the person assigned to do it said it will be another week before he can even look at it! I came to pick up my documents so I can have someone else do it and they can’t find my documents!! I called head office and was told to expect a call back in 7-10 business days!!
