Ever since I have filed my taxes with H&R, I have been experiencing some problems regarding CRA not being able to calculate the amount I am entitled. For over a month already I have been trying to reach out both Sarah, the accountant who performed the service for me at the time, and the company itself, but didn't receive any response. I am really disappointed with the lack of communication and I don't think I will choose this place again for doing my taxes anymore.
I use to file my taxes with Chris, but he is no longer at this location. I had a great experience with Marcia! She was kind and thorough throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated her help and wish her all the best.
NEVER EVER GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE! Especially with YUNDONG ZHANG aka WINTER. Her office was littered with papers everywhere. She’s extremely disorganized. It’s impossible to get a hold of her or anyone in the office. She admitted she’s never filed taxes for small businesses. Yet, she was happy to take the case on, only for her to completely ghost me for over 3 weeks! She said she would get her manager to help her. I still can’t get in contact with anyone!
