My husband Dan and I have used H&R Block at Arcade Shopping Center in Sacramento for years. But this year was exemplary! This was the first year we had Kandace Forrest do our taxes. She explained every step to both of us, went above and beyond getting us every deduction we deserved and made sure we got the tax return results that we should have been getting for years! Cathy was so sweet and amazing! She’s very understanding and patient and will help you so much through the process of it. I was sort of confused and anxious with filing my taxes but she made my experience a lot better and peaceful. She was very knowledgeable about it and has been in service I believe for 21 years!
