The initial person we spoke with didn't explain any of the fees upfront, so it was quite a shock to learn they were going to charge us over $600 for our returns. When we went in and complained, they said that the person who helped us initially (Laurel) always does this. They then offered a better price for us, so we agreed, however, the returns they prepared had errors and my husband couldn't even access his in his portal despite them telling him he could.
