The most unprofessional and unpleasant experience in my life in terms of customer service. I booked an appointment online for 12 pm. I commuted 2 hours to get to office and was rejected by the tax person saying that he cannot take me! I asked him what was the point of booking the appointment then? He didn’t even offered an apology saying that the client ahead me will take long, so there’s no time for me! I took a day off just to make this appointment. Horribly unprofessional and arrogant. I have been using H&R Block for the past five years to complete my taxes. The service I have received from Eiffel Wu has been the most professional I have ever experienced. I honestly cannot recommend using H&R Block enough. Taxes are stressful enough but Eiffel will actually make them enjoyable.
I came in at the very last moment and Alexandra at the front was very helpful!!

A great shout out to Eiffel Wu who recently prepare a 2024 return for us. He was speedy, very professional, knew all the rules and was a joy to deal with (if you like filing tax returns!) I would certainly be happy to deal with him in the future. Well done Eiffel!
