I went to H&R Block expecting professional guidance and left feeling completely let down. I paid nearly $200 specifically to get expert advice on how to file my taxes properly, and I came prepared including an Excel spreadsheet and documents related to my various additional expenses, just as my employer advised. If you want a professional who works fast but also explains and helps you through your taxes then you need to book with Sukhi! I did taxes with her two years ago, and it was amazing then I moved and filed my taxes at a different H& R block and I was very disappointed. This year I made sure to book with Sukhi who made taxes painless and easy. I highly recommend filling with her if you want friendly service and your taxes done right!
Worst experience, advisor did not show up, was help 40 mins after by somebody else with a really bad attitude, did not trust it to file my taxes.
