If I knew what to do with my taxes I wouldnt be visiting H&R block, so to meet the most judgemental staff I've ever come across is a choice. Came in to do my late mom's taxes and left in tears. Felt better after waiting on hold with CRA which is its own review of H&R block.

Got my taxes done a few years back. Customer service sucked then. Now since that location closed, I had to call head office. They were able to pull up my file but told me it would be 5-7 business days for the paper I was requesting. If you can pull up my file how hard is it to click a few buttons and email me the PDF right then and there? I will never use them again.
I do not recommend this place to anyone looking to file their taxes. The environment is not welcoming, and the pricing is unreasonable they asked me to pay $400 as a self employed . On top of that, the customer service is very poor. I felt disrespected during my experience, and overall it was extremely disappointing. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
