I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at the H&R Block location at 136 King Street East in Bowmanville on the morning of March 25th . I initially called the branch to inquire about the cost of having my income tax prepared. The representative who answered placed me on hold to look into it. Incompetent service and zero accountability. This location misfiled a simple, standard tax return and then blamed me for the error, despite me providing the correct info multiple times. The staff was both rude and unprofessional. Communication is a total failure here. I’ve spent months chasing them and the problem hasn’t been fixed till now. Save yourself the headache and the money: just use an online tool to file yourself. It’s significantly more reliable than trusting this team.

Stressful from start to Finish . I have been going here for 20+ years and loyalty means nothing here , Started calling weeks ago (multiple times) to my usual person as we were ready several weeks early as I had very little to gather, and why not get it done and save the stress and late filing fees.
