Don't file your taxes here, there tax people don't know what there doing. I've been filling my taxes through h&r block for years, this is the first time I went to this office. I gave them a routing number for my Wells Fargo account , my federal return went into this account. But somehow my state return went to a completely different routing number to some bank account that I don't even have access to, I don't even know where this routing number came from. Made an appointment to see a "tax professional" that apparently didn't show up to work. Instead of letting people know a reasonable amount of time ahead, I got a call 30 minutes before my appointment saying they had to cancel my 3pm appontment because they only had one staff member to help people and couldn't keep up. Fine, no big deal. But they open at 9, why not call me at 9 to tell me? They may have a decent service, but if they can't keep to their appointments, there is no point in going in.
