I had a question, and the lady who talked to me was rude and defensive. I understand that sometimes they can not help you, and I'm okay with that! But why do they think it is Okay to talk to customers that way? It is unacceptable. I will never go back to that location.

It's weird, I got my taxs from Idaho but I'm still waiting on Oregon 13 weeks and counting if we pay h and r block hundreds of dollars they should be able to have the state expedite our return
