I went in to see if i could get some questions answered for taxes, and the lady i was assigned to was completely unprofessional and rude, i dont even know why she has a job working as a customer service person when she is beyond rude if you ask her questions when that is her job!? Will never be going to this location again. 0/10 her name was jennifer.
Came in to see if my taxes could get done and fixed and was asking questions then the lady (Jennifer) said that she was going to be rude then proceeded to just be very negative and very unprofessional because why would you even be saying that to people are just asking questions????? would not ever go back, was a horrible experience.
Alisha was my tax lady and she went above and beyond to help me today! I will be forever grateful to her!
I had a question, and the lady who talked to me was rude and defensive. I understand that sometimes they can not help you, and I'm okay with that! But why do they think it is Okay to talk to customers that way? It is unacceptable. I will never go back to that location.
