Not only did this place fail to deliver on its promise, they also had no regard for our interests, only thinking about theirs. We needed to do ITINs and tax return. So here we are: 1) After they failed TWICE to correctly file the paperwork, we obviously got nothing. 2) At the end they never were able to provide us with ITINs, yet never refunded the fees 3) It took them over a YEAR to keep doing the wrong thing.
