H&R Block rep - Nguyen Gia Tran Hoang was deceptive of the fees she would charge to do a very straight forward W2 tax return. I asked what the fee was at least 3 times and didn’t get a response. Her attitude was very crude and demeaning from the moment we met. Once I received copies of the tax prep paperwork I realized the fee was in fact $480.
