I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service at the front desk, specifically from Sakshi. As the first point of contact, the reception is expected to be welcoming, yet I was met with a highly unprofessional greeting and she failed to explain the process to me properly. To make matters worse, her attitude during my departure was equally poor. It is unacceptable that the staff responsible for the first and last impression of the establishment shows such a lack of courtesy and efficiency.

Rubina was extremely helpful to my son on his first tax return file. She helped him understand and taught him how to make the process work smoothly for future tax return purposes. Cheshta was also very helpful and kind on our visits to this location. She always warmly welcomed us, greeted us with a smile and very professional demeanour. Highly recommend this location and staff.
