I worked with H&R Block and Bob on my 2023 tax return. Unfortunately, after more than 15 months, I still haven’t received anything regarding my federal return. I paid for a service that was never completed, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails, they offered no real help or effort to resolve the issue or identify what went wrong on their end. If you’re looking to waste your time and money, this is the place to go. I strongly recommend avoiding H&R Block for any tax-related services.
