Been going in, in person to file taxes. After trying to arrange an appointment over the phone today, I have decided to do the taxes myself rather than deal with the crap attitude and snarkiness of Indigo (sp?).I get it, it is a busy time for tax preparers, but no need for rudeness or treating clients as if they are ignorant.
Waad and Jadawn are very helpful, informative, and patient when helping me file my taxes. I've fallen behind in the past years and had plenty of back filing to do and they pushed through like admirable professionals.

Indigo & Jadawn have exceeded my expectations! I found out that I had to owe but they were able to assist me with getting set up with payments and explained everything in detail. I am very appreciative! Superb customer service, attention to detail and friendly staff. God bless y’all!
