I’d like to start off by saying that if I was asked for feedback I would have shared it directly instead of writing a review online but they really didn't seem to care at all about their customer service. I am so upset right now. I called the H&R Block that's inside the neighborhood market on 51st and Olive. I had a few questions- I spoke with a nice lady Alma, she transferred me to Gary. He was very rude, barely answered my questions- rushed me off the phone- like I was wasting his time and he didn't have time to answer my questions. I got news for you, Gary............
