Very poor customer experience. The HR Block team made mistakes during the filing process last year. When we realized the errors and tried to approach them for corrections, they responded negatively. I've never experienced such low-quality customer service from HR Block—this center was the worst. They didn't care about my tax deadline and barely answered my calls.
