I have used H&R Block for many years. My main concern used to be the cost as you are charged for every form they use. My other concern was the lack of appreciation they have for loyal clients. They never offer a discount to returning, loyal customers and their coupons never work. They have something called friends and family, which I received once. Do not come here to get your taxes done. Denise filed my taxes completely wrong this past March. Upon reviewing, she said I owed $2k. I mentioned this sounded off, and she said confidently "I've been doing this for over 10 years I know what I'm doing." I let her file it but still felt something was off so I had my friend check it the next day; my friend isn't even a tax professional and caught the error immediately.
