been using HRBlock for a few years. Specifically this location. I've never actually had to go into the office which is great. Service is quick. Melissa is great. Shout out to this team at HRblock!!

The most indignant experience with some of the upmost disgraceful staff I've ever seen. Dropped off tax papers to a dude named Mohammed and clearly didn't comprehend before I left and I asked him do he need anything from me before I go. He replied No. So later in the evening, I've gotten a call several times about missing tax information. And I spoken to Mohammed and he said that he wait for me to show up after work.
