This location has high reviews so I had more expectations that my experience would reflect that. Instead, I saw overbooking, staff accepting personal phone calls while working on clients’ files, staff call a client a curse word in front of other clients, and loud personal conversations between staff while clients were waiting. I would not recommend this location due to the unprofessionalism.
Mr Charles Wiley is an awesome tax preparer! I would definitely recommend his services. He has helped me with my business taxes for many years now. He is patient, and thorough.
