Highly recommend this place & Luke Howland super professional, super thorough, super kind super patient super knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about this guy and the place was very clean quiet and everybody was friendly. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family and I would definitely tell H&R Block to give Luke Howland a raise and a promotion.
Ok i went for the first time last year everything was ok not great the price was a little high for 2 w2s I paid 355 this year I made way less and had an extra form first of all it took over 2 hours for them to try to figure out why it wasn't submitting i left got called back to come in then almost there it didn't fix ok great andy the fee went to 455 so I scheduled through the app to come back in i changed my appointment two times due to personal reasons that I don't have to share with my tax preparation guy but the calls we... read more
I've been using H&R Block for many years and had a very serious problem last year with my taxes. Someone stole my identity. Vijay, my tax preparer for all of those years, was the first one to help me out of a horrible situation. H&R Block really does stand by you when they say they're going to do something. My situation was resolved and this year my taxes were super easy to do. I'm so very happy with their service I recommend them to everyone.
