I was relentlessly hit on by my tax professional. I won't name him publicly. He made comments on my marital status, my age, and my figure. I'm disgusted with this experience and will be filing a complaint.

Excellent work by Colleen Chandler. Highly recommend her for all tax document preparation and filing. Very polite and kind and considerate. I’m not a tax professional but she explains the process throughout its entirety. Would give more than five stars if possible
Paula has helped us with multiple issues with the IRS. I'll be stressed out by the doomy language in the IRS correspondence/replies but she puts me at ease and assists in next steps, explaining everything. We can't reccomend her enough. Delightful bonus- She is a singularly amazing human being. The other tax pros seem pretty kind when we come in as well.
I can't believe this place is not shut down! I came in May to get my stimulous taxes done by a professional. The guarantee of no audit and for a refund if there was a problem was clearly visible on the wall because it was their gimmick I had to receive a letter from the irs stating my taxes were not accepted because of h&r block. I came in today to receive my refund and have my taxes dine for prior year and no the person I came to see for a resolution on the phone prior to this had my money under review by her district manag... read more
