Been getting taxes done here for years and it's gone down hill ever since. First I wanna say I think it's complete BS I. HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE TAXES FILED IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN IVE BEEN PAYING TAXES ALL YEAR LONG. This is something we should be teaching in schools like they used to teach how to write checks and balance checkbooks. $146 dollars for them to file that's such a rip off. I was relentlessly hit on by my tax professional. I won't name him publicly. He made comments on my marital status, my age, and my figure. I'm disgusted with this experience and will be filing a complaint.

Excellent work by Colleen Chandler. Highly recommend her for all tax document preparation and filing. Very polite and kind and considerate. I’m not a tax professional but she explains the process throughout its entirety. Would give more than five stars if possible
