NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, JUST USE TURBOTAX. It was an absolutely ridiculous/horrendous experience. I decided to give HRBlock a try, made an appointment, and when I went for my appointment, the tax associate I was assigned didn't show up. I said, "no problem, don't worry about it". It took 20 minutes to scan in my three papers because the scanner didn't work, but again no worries. Make sure to ask for your full packet. I did not receive sched A and IT-196 and had to go back the next day to have them printed. When I complained, staff told me that it was a paper saving move?! To me, leave out the extra pages they give you advertising their services. Have to say that staff were professional and accommodating but I will not be going back given this policy.
