I’ve dealt with this location for several years and I was very sad to hear Diane retired .:( . So when I called the lady comes back to say well you only dropped it off 5 days ago . My original review was a 1star, untill I was contacted directly by HR. I really appreciate the way they dealt with the situation, and how friendly and professional they were! I felt heard, and taken seriously. Thank you for dealing with my concern so quickly! I didn't give a 5 star because of the original issue I had but I don't think the company deserves a bad review after the way they handled my complaint....... Terrible place. The lady Irina that was doing my taxes lost my T4s. Now they can’t do anything about it. I advise to not go there. Just terrible
