Personable and efficient
The manger is a joke.they screwed up my taxes this year and the year before costing me 404.38 more. When questioned about the 2 problems I was told “I need you to do this and you to do that”. First of all I paid you to do my taxes that’s a service I paid for. You don’t need me to provide you with the paperwork that you screwed up on. You already have it.
