Probably the worst experience I've had in an H&R Block. Employees gossiping while people are waiting in line, some of their "experts" can't work on 1099s. Waited 50 minutes after my appointment just to get someone competent. All that money they charge, and youre treated like an after thought.
I have used H and R Block for over 30 years only to be denied the rapid advance refund for the first time ever by pathway bank. Yes I have outstanding credit - reason stated I did not bank with them enough. I will never use Ha and R black as my return will take the full time to process . This cost me money I did not need to spend. In short I was robbed by H and r block this year and it will never happen again. No more will I spend a fee for someone to do what I can do with TurboTax at home.
