I will say we waited until the last day to get our taxes done, but I wasn’t impressed at all. The lady that did our taxes was nice enough and seemed knowledgeable. When we walked in there was 4 workers up front talking about another client that walked through the door in the middle of the conversation and all laughed when she walked in the door. I know if I had been the girl I would have thought they were talking about me and I would have been right. Also, we had trouble with ours and they needed to make a phone call. Some o... read more

Glenda Vaden took over my taxes and than just left them. She never returned my calls and I was in a bad situation taking care of my mother in Washington. She never answered my emails. She’s a poor excuse of a tax preparer.
Great tax professional.. but H&R Blocks charges way too much.
Very knowledgeable. Quick to get taxes done. Highly recommend.
