Scheduled an appointment for 3pm. Received confirmation email. Took off work. Showed up at 2:55. Waited in lobby for 20+ minutes until my "tax professional" came and told me she was too busy to see me and could only offer a drop off and follow-up appointment. Expressed frustration, as I had used time off from work to make this appointment. Was told that tax professionals are like doctors (if by that they mean they have poor time management skills and no regard for their customers' time then I agree).
Very expensive. Could find other places to file cheaper. Won't be coming back here again.
