I've been waiting 3 months for my taxes because the lady who helped us messed up! So now I have to go visit the IRS local office to try and fix her mistake. Yay. I've done my own taxes for 5 years and never had an issue go into an office and have sooo many issues. Never again.
Anette was able to help me with my most difficult tax filing yet! She was friendly, professional and so efficient. it's the first time I've used a tax preparation service and I will use them from now on because it was so much easier and faster! Thank you!!
