My Virzi, our tax agent, was very helpful. We sold a property out of state this year and she helped us with all our filing needs. She was lovely to work with and we were very happy with her service.
Our appointment was supposed to be 12.00 and the guy at the front desk said a few times she’s just wrapping up , 12.30 came and went still she was wrapping it up , my husband says you’ve been wrapping it up for 30 minutes , a young girl called Caitlyn called is over and them took less than 20 minutes . Give Caitlyn 5 stars but the service at the satellite back location has certainly gone down . Won’t be using these again
