The tax pro was the same as the prior year , but the location was not. This location is NOT handicapped accessible. The parking has handicapped spots BUT they are in the back of the building, a good walk or roll downhill to the entrance in the front. The doors are normal sized and not powered. The bathroom is up a big step. The returns were accepted quickly and the fee discounted due to our tax situation.
Unpleasant are Taxes, H&R is the team that makes them super. Especially if you are a gig worker, Drive for Hire occupation
Terrible experience Slowest people in the world. Wasted my only day off trying to teach this lady English... Terrible Terrible Terrible this is America not Islam or India can you spell Austin hmm its like Justin but with A Okay so can you spell that for me... Lady what year did you graduate or did you at all.. Thank you come again
